When you first run WS-FTP, you are asked to create a profile, which you can save for future use, view the screen shots below, to help you configure your profile.

When you click OK, you will connect to ftp.free-internet.co.uk

The window will be split in two screens, the left hand side will list the contents of a directory on your hard disk, the right hand side will list the contents of your web directory on the server.

Just transfer the files across, either by double clicking on the file(s) or use the arrows in the centre of the screen.

Your first page or home page should be called index.htm

You need to be connected to Free-Internet to be able to transfer your files, if you are connected through another provider, you will not be able to transfer the files.
